| Meehan & Company is a large warehousing operation in the United States. We specialize in the returns distribution
business for a number of retailers, including a major US toy store chain. All of our toys have been obtained through customer returns or
warehouse damages. Because our inventory changes continuously, we do not pre-sell specific items. All distributors are free to set their
own prices for the product once it leaves the United States. |
| Toys are sold on a pre-paid basis in forty foot ocean container quantities only.
Each carton in the container has its own manifest. A typical container consists of approximately 300-400 cartons, with each carton containing approximately
5 to 20 pieces. Of course, these amounts will vary depending on the size of the product being shipped.
Product is shipped ex-works Adams, Massachusetts USA. The purchaser is responsible for all pick up/shipping/export arrangements and the associated costs.
